TERMS OF AGREEMENT
1) Quotations are subject to a proportionate increase to meet increased cost of food, beverage, labor costs, taxes, etc.
2) Liquor and food can not be brought into the restaurant. Food may be brought in only with prior permission from the banquet coordinator.
3) Jades must be notified of the exact number of guests no later than one week prior to the event. This is a guaranteed amount for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend.
4) We shall not assume the responsibility of any merchandise or articles left in the banquet rooms during or following the event.
5) Reservation can only be guaranteed upon receipt of deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless we can schedule another party for the same day.
6) A 18% gratuity and 8.75% sales tax will be added to the total bill.
7) Final Payment shall be made the day of the function.
8) An additional 5% service charge for credit card payments.
9) All prices quoted are based on normal service times. If your function is delayed or goes beyond scheduled times, we may add to your bill to cover our expenses.
10) We reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to anyone.
11) All decorations must be removed prior to departures. We do not allow the use of bubbles and confetti in our restaurant.
($75 Cleaning Fee) Any damage and extra clean-up will be charged accordingly.
